[Cryopreservation study on seeds and embryos in Dalbergia odorifera].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2014The mature seeds and excised embryos of Dalbergia odorifera were used as materials to study the effect of moisture content on their survival, as well as the effect of rapid freezing and vitrification freezing method on seeds and in vitro embryos cryopreservation. The results showed that the germination rate and vigor decreased from 82.67%, 85% to 18.35%

Melanogenic mechanism of ethanolic extract of Dalbergia odorifera
Molecular & Cellular Toxicology, 2017Vitiligo and hair graying are acquired chronic hypopigmentary disorders of the skin. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of ethanolic extract of D. odorifera (DOE) on melanogenesis and determine its mechanism of action in B16F10 mouse melanoma cells and human epidermal melanocytes. DOE increased melanin content levels. It also enhanced

[A new cytotoxic isoflavane from Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2020Fourteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum by various chromatographic techniques, including column chromatographies on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic techniques as S-3'-hydroxy-7,2',4'-trimethoxyisoxane(1), 2-(2',4'-dimethoxyphenyl)-6-

Bioactive sesquiterpenes isolated from the essential oil of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen
Fitoterapia, 2010Investigation of the essential oil from the heartwood of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen afforded the sesquiterpenes 1 and 2, that both showed anti-platelet activity. Their backbones were totally the same only with subtle difference in the chiral centre. Additionally, antithrombotic and anti-platelet activities of these two compounds were measured.
