Bu çalışmanın amacı, damla sulama sistemi kontrol biriminde kum-çakıl filtre etkinliğini belirlemektir. Araştırmada, 0.1 mm'den daha küçük parçacıklar içeren konsantrasyona sahip 400 L su, 2, 3 ve 4 mm çaplarında kuvars ve kum malzemeleri ile bu malzemelerden oluşturulmuş katmanlı filtreden 0.5 atm basınçla geçirilmiştir.
