We investigated a suspected norovirus outbreak associated with a wedding reception in Wisconsin in May 2015. Fifty-six of 106 (53%) wedding attendees were interviewed, and 23 (41%) reported symptoms consistent with norovirus infection.

Abstract Research Summary Using 14,108 Kickstarter crowdfunding campaigns, we examine three strategies to gather support from first‐time versus repeat backers: narrative distinctiveness aligning with backers' expectations of novelty, endorsement from Kickstarter staff, and campaign leadership's reciprocity of funding other campaigns.

The polysaccharide Pullulan improves the initial steps of allergen‐specific immunotherapy in dogs
Abstract Background Allergen‐specific immunotherapy (AIT) is the only aetiological treatment for canine atopic dermatitis (CAD). Pullulan, a polysaccharide with immunomodulatory properties, may enhance AIT outcomes when combined with allergens such as recombinant Dermatophagoides farinae 2 (Der f 2).
