Dark photon relic dark matter production through the dark axion portal [PDF]
Phys. Rev. D 95, 115032 (2017), 2017 We present a new mechanism to produce the dark photon ($\gamma'$) in the early universe with a help of the axion ($a$) using a recently proposed dark axion portal. The dark photon, a light gauge boson in the dark sector, can be a relic dark matter if its lifetime is long enough.

International Journal of Modern Physics D, 2006 Assuming the validity of the general relativistic description of gravitation on astrophysical and cosmological length scales, we analytically infer that the Friedmann–Robertson–Walker cosmology with Einsteinian cosmological constant, and a vanishing spatial curvature constant, unambiguously requires a significant amount of dark matter.

Quasi-degenerate dark photon and dark matter [PDF]
arXiv, 2022 We introduce an $SU(2)_X^{}$ dark sector without any fermions and then realize a non-abelian kinetic mixing between the dark $SU(2)_X^{}$ gauge fields and the standard model $SU(2)_L^{}\times U(1)_Y^{}$ gauge fields. While one of the dark gauge bosons becomes a dark photon, the others can keep stable to form a dark matter particle.
