The symmetric and traceless part of the matrix element $\mathcal{S} \mathcal{T} \langle N| \overline{q} D_{\mu} D_{\nu} q |N \rangle$ can be determined from the second moment of the twist-3 parton distribution function $e(x)$.

Cyclic nucleotide signaling as a drug target in retinitis pigmentosa
Disruptions in cGMP and cAMP signaling can contribute to retinal dysfunction and photoreceptor loss in retinitis pigmentosa. This perspective examines the mechanisms and evaluates emerging evidence on targeting these pathways as a potential therapeutic strategy to slow or prevent retinal degeneration.

Mining Two-Line Element Data to Detect Orbital Maneuver for Satellite
Data clustering analysis is proposed to detect the orbital maneuvers of satellites at different scales. In this study, the unsupervised classification methods of K-means, hierarchical, and fuzzy C-means clustering are used to handle the two-line element (

A direct element resequencing procedure [PDF]
Element by element frontal solution algorithms are utilized in many of the existing finite element codes. The overall computational efficiency of this type of procedure is directly related to the element data input sequence. Thus, it is important to have

TRAF2 binds to TIFA via a novel motif and contributes to its autophagic degradation
TRAF family members couple receptor signalling complexes to downstream outputs, but how they interact with these complexes is not always clear. Here, we show that during ADP‐heptose signalling, TRAF2 binding to TIFA requires two short sequence motifs in the C‐terminal tail of TIFA, which are distinct from the TRAF6 binding motif.

Exposure to common noxious agents (1), including allergens, pollutants, and micro‐nanoplastics, can cause epithelial barrier damage (2) in our body's protective linings. This may trigger an immune response to our microbiome (3). The epithelial barrier theory explains how this process can lead to chronic noncommunicable diseases (4) affecting organs ...

Finite element convergence for singular data
Convergence of the finite element solutionu h of the Dirichlet problem Δu=? is proved, where ? is the Dirac ?-function (unit impulse). In two dimensions, the Green's function (fundamental solution)u lies outsideH 1, but we are able to prove that $$\parallel u - u^h \parallel _{L^2 } = O (h)$$ . Since the singularity ofu is logarithmic, we conclude that
