Unconventional Multimodal Switching in Single‐Crystalline Nanowire Channel ECRAM

This study presents a novel electrochemical random‐access memory (ECRAM) device utilizing single‐crystalline hexagonal tungsten oxide (h‐WO3) nanowires (NWs). By leveraging its unique atomic structure, NW‐ECRAMs exhibit highly symmetric conductance modulation.
