Symbolic Analysis for Data Plane Programs Specialization

open access: yesACM Transactions on Architecture and Code Optimization, 2022
Programmable network data planes have extended the capabilities of packet processing in network devices by allowing custom processing pipelines and agnostic packet processing. While a variety of applications can be implemented on current programmable data planes, there are significant constraints due to hardware limitations.

Optimal State Replication in Stateful Data Planes [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, 2020
In SDN stateful data planes, switches can execute algorithms to process traffic based on local states. This approach permits to offload decisions from the controller to the switches, thus to reduce the latency to react to network events. We consider distributed network applications that process traffic at each switch based on local replicas of network ...

Unheard and Under‐Supported: Health‐Related Quality of Life in Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults With Sickle Cell Disease

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Sickle cell disease (SCD) is an autosomal recessive hemoglobinopathy affecting millions of individuals worldwide. The clinical expression and psychosocial burden of SCD vary widely across geographical, cultural, and healthcare system contexts, underscoring the need for setting‐specific approaches to assessment.

Imaging of High‐Risk Neuroblastoma: Recommendations From SIOPEN Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Specialty Committees

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor in early childhood. Its clinical behavior is highly variable, ranging from spontaneous regression to fatal outcome despite intensive treatment. The International Society of Pediatric Oncology Europe Neuroblastoma Group (SIOPEN) Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Specialty Committees ...

Effects of Cancer Treatment on Somatosensory and Nociceptive Processing in Children and Adolescents: A Systematic Review

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Chemotherapy‐induced peripheral neuropathy remains a major complication in pediatric cancer, with disrupted somatosensory and nociceptive processing being a key aspect. This review synthesizes empirical studies on alterations in somatosensory and nociceptive processing in children and adolescents with cancer.

Virtualization in Programmable Data Plane: A Survey and Open Challenges

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society, 2020
Programmable data plane (PDP) is an emerging technology for programming packet processing tasks by means of a domain-specific high-level language (e.g., programming protocol-independent packet processor (P4)) and programmable switch chips.

Robust best-fit planes from geospatial data [PDF]

open access: yesGeosphere, 2015
Total least squares regression is a reliable and efficient way to analyze the geometry of a best-fit plane through georeferenced data points. The suitability of the input data, and the goodness of fit of the data points to the best-fit plane are considered in terms of their dimensionality, and they are quantified using two parameters involving the ...

Stochastic Cutting Planes for Data-Driven Optimization

open access: yesINFORMS Journal on Computing, 2022
We introduce a stochastic version of the cutting plane method for a large class of data-driven mixed-integer nonlinear optimization (MINLO) problems. We show that under very weak assumptions, the stochastic algorithm can converge to an ϵ-optimal solution with high probability.
