CLUSTERING OF E-WALLET USAGE BASED ON TRANSACTION PATTERNS USING K-MEANS

open access: yesPilar Nusa Mandiri
The use of e-wallets has grown rapidly along with the increasing demand for fast and conven-ient digital financial transactions. This development requires service providers to better under-stand user behavior through transaction pattern analysis.

HitFraud: A Broad Learning Approach for Collective Fraud Detection in Heterogeneous Information Networks

open access: yes, 2017
On electronic game platforms, different payment transactions have different levels of risk. Risk is generally higher for digital goods in e-commerce. However, it differs based on product and its popularity, the offer type (packaged game, virtual currency

Circulating tumor cell viability during and after radiotherapy mirrors treatment response in cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. Created in BioRender. Wikman, H.

Optimizing Concurrent M3-Transactions: A Fuzzy Constraint Satisfaction Approach [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics, 2004
Due to the high connectivity and great convenience, many E-commerce application systems have a high transaction volume. Consequently, the system state changes rapidly and it is likely that customers issue transactions based on out-of-date state ...

A Two-Stage Value Chain Model for Vegetable Marketing Chain Efficiency Evaluation: A Transaction Cost Approach [PDF]

open access: yes
We applied a two-stage value chain model to investigate the effects of input application and occasional transaction costs on vegetable marketing chain efficiencies with a farm household-level data set. In the first stage, the production efficiencies with

Designing with Transactional Data: FTML and Money/Data Laundering [PDF]

open access: yesDesigning Interactive Systems Conference
In a digital, and cashless economy, transactional data has become ubiquitous, telling and highly valuable. Yet, this data is rarely considered critically as a material for design. This pictorial presents two successive Research through Design projects exploring practically how we might design with transactional data.

Tumor‐stromal crosstalk and macrophage enrichment are associated with chemotherapy response in bladder cancer

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Chemoresistance in bladder cancer: Macrophage recruitment associated with CXCL1, CXCL5 and CXCL8 expression is characteristic of Gemcitabine/Cisplatin (Gem/Cis) Non‐Responder tumors (right side) while Responder tumors did not show substantial tumor‐stromal crosstalk (left side). All biological icons are attributed to Bioicons: carcinoma, cancerous‐cell‐

Study on Collaborative Data Persistence in NewSQL Databases [PDF]

open access: yesJisuanji kexue
To ensure high availability of data, modern NewSQL databases often create several copies of data so that it can be accessed from other copies in case one copy is not available. With multiple data copies,it is essential to consider data consistency between ...

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐
