MASTREE+: Time-series of plant reproductive effort from six continents. [PDF]
MASTREE+ is an open‐access data set that collates reproductive time‐series data from across the globe. It includes 73,828 georeferenced observations of annual reproduction (e.g. seed and fruit counts) in perennial plant populations, consisting of 5,971 population‐level time‐series from 974 species.

Unraveling Biogeographic Boundaries Within the Sierra Madre Oriental, México: An Endemicity Analysis Using a Taxonomically Diverse Dataset. [PDF]
We provide boundaries of the Sierra Madre Oriental in Mexico through a multi‐taxa endemicity analysis. ABSTRACT The Sierra Madre Oriental (SMO) is a significant mountain range and one of Mexico's 14 biogeographical provinces. Its delimitation has been debated.

Anomalous latitudinal gradients in parasitoid wasp diversity-Hotspots in regions with larger temperature range. [PDF]
Using the largest georeferenced molecular dataset for ichneumonoid parasitoid wasps, we implemented a macrogenetics approach to examine latitudinal patterns and predictors of intraspecific genetic diversity and explain the global distribution of genetic diversity in this group.

Abstract Aim Evolutionary studies of oceanic island endemics are usually focused on lineages that have experienced in situ radiation, while those that speciated once on the island or archipelago but have not further diversified (single‐species endemics) remain understudied.

Estimating species relative abundances from museum records
Abstract Dated, geo‐referenced museum specimens are a rich data source for reconstructing species' distribution and abundance patterns. However, museum records are potentially biased towards over‐representation of rare species, and it is unclear whether museum records can be used to estimate relative abundance in the field.

Regional economic disparities, spatial dependence and proximity structures
Abstract Since some decades, inequality has been attracting a growing interest within political debate as well as in theoretical and empirical studies. Considering inequality at a regional level offers useful insights for policy makers, facilitating the assessment of the effectiveness of strategies aimed at reducing regional disparities and helping in ...

This paper aims to study and quantify the induced error due to the deflection of verticals (DOV) when integrating different sensors, focusing on GNSS and INS for 3D mapping in airborne mapping. It is shown that the DOV effect should be considered for direct georeferencing because the DOV components are in the order of (or larger than) INS uncertainty ...
