A Soft Robotic Device for Targeted Massage Therapy of Residual Limbs
Residual limb edema after amputation can hinder recovery and delay prosthetic fitting. This study presents a soft‐robotic wearable device that delivers sequential compression through pneumatic McKibben actuators. By replicating the principles of manual lymphatic drainage, the device generates controlled mechanotherapeutic pressure patterns, providing a

DCAF13 Safeguards Hematopoietic Stem Cells via RRS1‐Regulated Ribosome Biogenesis
This study establishes DCAF13 as an essential regulator for hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) function. Its deletion in mice causes lethal pancytopenia and HSC depletion. Mechanistically, DCAF13 interacts with RRS1 and mediates its non‐degradative K27‐linked ubiquitination, thereby stabilizing RRS1 to maintain ribosome biogenesis and protein translation ...

Tractor Three-Point Hitch Control for an Independent Lower Arms System
The three-point hitch, found on agricultural tractors, facilitates the raising and lowering of an attached implement. Some tractors include a rock shaft that comprises a physical shaft that interconnects and facilitates the raising and lowering of the ...

Comparison of response to LPS-induced sepsis in three DBA/2 stocks derived from different sources
Sepsis, one of the most fatal diseases in the world, is known to culminate in multiple organ failure due to an uncontrolled inflammatory response. Hence, the use of animal models in sepsis research is very important to study complex immune responses. The

In Situ Lipoprotein‐seeking Dye for in Vivo Real‐Time Imaging of Lipid Dysregulation Diseases
This study develops lipoprotein‐seeking NIR‐II dyes that specifically bind circulating lipoproteins. These dyes form ultra‐stable complexes with endogenous lipoprotein, enabling real‐time, high‐contrast imaging of fatty liver and atherosclerotic plaques. Tunable binding kinetics allow customized imaging windows.

Protein restriction (PR) slows Alzheimer's disease (AD) in mice, and other benefits of PR are due to decreased branched‐chain amino acids (BCAAs). We show that restricting any BCAA has benefits, with sex‐ and BCAA‐specific impacts on pathology, molecular signaling, and cognition.

Delayed and Transient Increase of Adult Hippocampal Neurogenesis by Physical Exercise in DBA/2 Mice
This study builds on the findings that physical activity, such as wheel running in mice, enhances cell proliferation and neurogenesis in the adult hippocampus of the common mouse strain C57BL/6, and that the baseline level of neurogenesis varies by ...

Ng et al. show that the BCR::ABL1 kinase that drives the lymphoid leukemia Ph+B‐ALL modulates enhancer function by coopting signaling‐inducible transcription factors such as MYC, STAT5, and ETV5. BCR::ABL1 thereby promotes the transcriptional program driving and defining this leukemia and renders Ph+B‐ALL cells hypersensitive to enhancer‐inhibiting ...
