MagPiezo: A Magnetogenetic Platform for Remote Activation of Endogenous Piezo1 Channels in Endothelial Cells

MagPiezo enables wireless activation of endogenous Piezo1 channels without genetic modification using 19 nm magnetic nanoparticles and low‐intensity magnetic fields. It generates torque forces at the piconewton scale to trigger mechanotransduction in endothelial cells, standing as a novel platform to interrogate and manipulate Piezo1 activity in vitro.

This paper describes a new power conversion circuit topology for single-phase DC-AC boost converter, based on the dc-dc boost converter. It comprises an H-bridge, fed from a single input dc source through a boosting inductor. Change of load current flow is achieved with four current-steering diodes.

Real‐Time 3D Ultrasound Imaging with an Ultra‐Sparse, Low Power Architecture

This article presents a novel, ultra‐sparse ultrasound architecture that paves the way for wearable real‐time 3D imaging. By integrating a unique convolutional array with chirped data acquisition, the system achieves high‐resolution volumetric scans at a fraction of the power and hardware complexity.
