In Situ Study of Resistive Switching in a Nitride‐Based Memristive Device

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In situ TEM biasing experiment demonstrates the volatile I‐V characteristic of MIM lamella device. In situ STEM‐EELS Ti L2/L3 ratio maps provide direct evidence of the oxygen vacancies migrations under positive/negative electrical bias, which is critical for revealing the RS mechanism for the MIM lamella device.

Series SEPIC implementing voltage-lift technique for DC–DC power conversion

open access: yesIET Power Electronics, 2008
The voltage-lift technique is an effective method that could be applied in electronic circuit design. A set of positive output DC-DC converters applying series SEPIC implementing voltage-lift techniques is introduced. Compared with the prototype of the SEPIC converter, these converters can perform positive to positive DC-DC voltage increasing ...

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

Advanced control methods and topologies for DC-DC power conversion [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
The investigation in this thesis begins with modeling and control of high-order DC-DC converters. Generalized state-space modeling, especially reduced-order state-space modeling method, is used to design suitable controllers for advanced DC-DC converters. An improved Sliding Mode (SM) controller is proposed for advanced DC-DC converters.
