Fast Hydrogel Micro‐Actuators Driven by Electric Fields
We report the fabrication of chemically programmable electroactuating microstructures through the first integration of two‐photon polymerization with electrically actuated gelatin methacrylate‐based hydrogels. By tailoring the charge of the polymer network, we demonstrate programmable polarity‐dependent bending, enabling microstructures that ...

An Active Balancer of Currents for Bipolar DC Power Grids
DC power grids (DCPGs) are gaining more significance, predominantly due to the natural DC operation of technologies such as renewables, energy storage systems, and electric vehicles. Particularly, thanks to power electronics, bipolar DCPGs are gaining more preponderance since they enable reducing power losses, increasing power density, and averting ...

This study presents the first demonstration of stable sub‐50‐micron single‐cell GPM vesicles fabricated through the intrinsic self‐assembly of an amphiphilic copolymer. Hierarchical assembly of cell containing GPM vesicles into microspheres enable tunable, sustained cell delivery with immune protection.

Elasticity‐Driven Periodic Polarization Patterns in a Chiral Ferroelectric Nematic Fluid
Chiral polar ferroelectric nematic fluids exhibit spontaneous formation of stripe, square, and hexagonal polarization textures under confinement. Controlled by thickness and anchoring, these patterns produce spatially modulated nonlinear optical responses.
