High-power DC-DC converter based on SiC power device

open access: yes工程科学学报, 2017
The DC-DC converter can adjust and control the voltage and power outputs of renewable energy systems, including fuel cell and photovoltaic cell systems. This study used high-efficiency SiC MOSFETs in a two-phase interleaved boost-type DC-DC converter in ...

Drowsy-DC: Data Center Power Management System [PDF]

open access: yes2019 IEEE International Parallel and Distributed Processing Symposium (IPDPS), 2019
In a modern data center (DC), the large majority of costs arise from the energy consumption. The most popular technique used to mitigate this issue in a virtualized DC is the virtual machine (VM) consolidation. Although the latter may increase server utilization by about 5-10%, it is difficult to actually notice server loads greater than 50%.

Real Time Simulation of Power Electronics Medium Voltage DC-Grid Simulator

open access: yesEnergies, 2021
Power electronics medium-voltage (MV) systems must comply with the requirements defined in grid codes. These systems’ compatibility with the standards can be validated by specialized testing equipment: grid simulators.

Impact of DC link control strategies on the power-flow convergence of integrated AC–DC systems

open access: yesAin Shams Engineering Journal, 2016
For the power-flow solution of integrated AC–DC systems, five quantities are required to be solved per converter, against three independent equations available.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Suppression of Second-Order Harmonic Current for Droop-Controlled Distributed Energy Resource Converters in DC Microgrids [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
Droop-controlled distributed energy resource converters in dc microgrids usually show low output impedances. When coupled with ac systems, second-order harmonics typically appear on the dc-bus voltage, causing significant harmonic currents at the ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.
