Frequency Characteristics of Power Transformer for Isolated DC-DC Converter [PDF]
The operational frequency of a transformer is an important factor in the configuration of an isolated DC-DC converter. However, discussions of this frequency are inadequate. This study focuses on the frequency characteristics of the transformers.

DC-compensated current transformer [PDF]
Instrument current transformers (CTs) measure AC currents. The DC component in the measured current can saturate the transformer and cause gross error. We use fluxgate detection and digital feedback compensation of the DC flux to suppress the overall error to 0.15%.

State Identification of Transformer Under DC Bias Based on Wavelet Singular Entropy
To identify the DC bias state of transformers, a DC bias state identification method of transformer based on wavelet singular entropy is proposed in this paper. The vibration principle of transformers under DC bias has been analyzed.

DC Transformers in DC Distribution Systems
With the rapid development of power electronics technology and its successful application, many demonstration projects of medium/low-voltage DC (M-LVDC) distribution systems have been constructed. The DC transformer (DCT) is the key equipment in the M-LVDC distribution system for interconnecting the MVDC and LVDC buses.

Metrics and Strategies for Design of DC Bias Resilient Transformers
Geomagnetic disturbances (GMDs) give rise to geomagnetically induced currents (GICs) on the earth’s surface which find their way into power systems via grounded transformer neutrals. The quasi-dc nature of the GICs results in half-cycle saturation
