High TOPK expression significantly correlated with metastasis, recurrence, disease status, and shorter overall survival. Inhibition of TOPK with specific inhibitor OTS514 significantly inhibited chordoma cell growth and proliferation, colony‐forming capacity, and ex vivo spheroid growth.
