Integrase inhibitor drugs during pregnancy and congenital anomalies: A case/non‐case study from the global pharmacovigilance database VigiBase®

open access: yesPharmacology Research &Perspectives, Volume 12, Issue 4, August 2024.
Abstract In 2018, a significant neural tube defects (NTD) signal was reported after pre‐conceptional exposure to dolutegravir, but was not confirmed in further analysis. Since 2019, dolutegravir‐based regimen, an integrase inhibitor (INI), is recommended by WHO as the most‐effective first‐line therapy in all patients living with HIV.

Unwinding NFTs in the shadow of IP law

open access: yesAmerican Business Law Journal, Volume 61, Issue 1, Page 31-55, Spring 2024.

This Article counters these proposals and argues that

Altered regulation of miR-34a and miR-483-3p in alcoholic hepatitis and DDC fed mice

open access: yesExperimental and molecular pathology (Print), 2015
MicroRNAs are small noncoding RNAs that negatively regulate gene expression by binding to the untranslated regions of their target mRNAs. Deregulation of miRNAs is shown to play pivotal roles in tumorigenesis and progression.

IL-8 signaling is up regulated in alcoholic hepatitis and DDC fed mice with Mallory Denk Bodies (MDBs) present

open access: yesExperimental and molecular pathology (Print), 2015
Chemokines and their receptors are involved in oncogenesis and in tumor progression, invasion, and metastasis. Various chemokines also promote cell proliferation and resistance to apoptosis of stressed cells.

Ufmylation and FATylation Pathways are Down Regulated in Human Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Steatohepatitis, and Mice Fed DDC, where Mallory-Denk Bodies (MDBs) Form

open access: yesExperimental and molecular pathology (Print), 2014
We previously reported the mechanisms involved in the formation of Mallory-Denk bodies (MDBs) in mice fed DDC. To further provide clinical evidence as to how ubiquitin-like protein (Ubls) modification, gene transcript expression in Ufmylation and ...
