Circular RNA hsa_circ_0072309 inhibits non-small cell lung cancer progression by sponging miR-580-3p
Objective: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) continues to top the list of cancer mortalities worldwide. Early diagnosis and therapeutic interventions targeting NSCLC is becoming the world’s significant challenge. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are emerging as

This study conducted a large‐scale Mendelian randomization analysis using genome‐wide single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) as instrumental variables to investigate the causal relationships between 1400 circulating metabolites and oral cancer risk. The genetic data were derived from the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA) cohort and the IEU ...

Ferroptosis in Cancer and Inflammatory Diseases: Mechanisms and Therapeutic Implications
Ferroptosis, a form of cell death driven by iron and lipid peroxidation, serves as a bridge between cancer and inflammatory diseases. Microenvironmental factors such as oxidative stress collectively regulate this process. In cancer, ferroptosis exhibits dual roles: while it eliminates drug‐resistant cells, it may also promote tumor metastasis.

Highly circularly polarised luminescence (CPL) is achieved by combining achiral aggregation‐induced emission fluorogens (AIEgens) with chiral, supramolecular nanotubes. This phenomenon is enabled by the hierarchical enhancement of chiroptical properties from single molecules to individual nanotubes and, finally, superstructures formed by nanotubes in ...
