Comparing present and past atmospheric patterns, we found that today's warmer climate shows stronger instability and energy, favoring large hail formation.

Winston Churchill and France: A Certain Ideal

It argues that Churchill was sympathetic to France and, in particular, unusual among Englishmen of his generation in being sympathetic to its political system, but also that this sympathy did not make Churchill consistent in his relations with France.
