The results showed that the reduction of plasma 24‐hydroxycholesterol (24‐OHC) was related to the cognitive decline in elderly surgical patients. Neuroinflammation induced by anesthesia and surgery significantly downregulated SREBP2 in hippocampal reactive astrocytes, resulting in reduced cholesterol synthesis.

SAGE is a unified framework for spatial domain identification in spatial transcriptomics that jointly models tissue architecture and gene programs. Topic‐driven gene selection (NMF plus classifier‐based scoring) highlights spatially informative genes, while dual‐view graph embedding fuses local expression and non‐local functional relations.

Solution structures of a series of cyclic lipodepsipeptides from Pseudomonas reveal that these specialized metabolites adopt left‐handed alpha helical conformations of only two types, being either ‘stapled’ or ‘catch‐pole’ helix. The particular modular distribution of the biosynthetic gene clusters is found to determine the extent of their conserved ...

This study introduces stVGP, a variational spatial Gaussian process framework for multi‐modal, multi‐slice spatial transcriptomics. By integrating histological and genomic data through hybrid alignment and attention‐based fusion, stVGP reconstructs coherent 3D functional landscapes.

Deadbeat predictive current control (DPCC) can predict motor behavior based on SPMSM model. However, during the operation of motor system, motor parameters (such as stator inductance and flux linkage) vary frequently according to different working conditions, which may lead to controller parameter mismatch, causing current harmonic content to increase ...

Deadbeat predictive current control for PMSM
2012 15th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference (EPE/PEMC), 2012In this paper a predictive current control for PMSM based on dead-beat algorithm is proposed, in the synchronous rotary frame, to improve the performance of current loop. Based on the mathematical model of PMSM the current controller calculated the expected voltage vector directly in terms of the current reference and feedback values, after that ...

Predictive deadbeat current control of five-phase BLDC machines
IECON 2014 - 40th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2014Model predictive control algorithms have recently gained more importance in the field of power electronics and motor drives. One of the important categories of model predictive control methods is improved deadbeat control in which the reverse system model is used to calculate the appropriate inputs for the next iteration of controlling process. In this

Permanent synchronous motor predictive deadbeat current control-robustness investigation
The 6th Power Electronics, Drive Systems & Technologies Conference (PEDSTC2015), 2015This paper investigates the robustness of predictive deadbeat current control applied to a surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) due to model parameter uncertainty. This kind of control is considered as model based control and it is very sensitive to model parameter mismatch. Two different methods to improve control robustness are presented

Deadbeat Predictive Current Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
2019 22nd International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems (ICEMS), 2019A single beat deadbeat predictive current control (DPCC) method for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was proposed. The motor current state equation was derived based on its model, and the regulator expression of single beat DPCC has been obtained from its model.

Six - phase Motor fault-tolerant control based on deadbeat predictive current control
2020 IEEE 1st China International Youth Conference on Electrical Engineering (CIYCEE), 2020Aiming at the single-phase open circuit fault of a six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), take the neutral point of two sets of windings connected and not connected to the inverter as an example. Based on the principle of constant stator magnetomotive force, solve the residual phase current at the stator end and then establish the ...
