Purification of peptidyl-tRNA on benzoylated DEAE-cellulose columns
The o-nitrophenylsulfenyl group, and amino protecting group in the chemical synthesis of peptidyl-tRNA was used to attach newly synthesized peptidyl-tRNA to a benzoylated DEAE-cellulose column. This facilitated the isolation of a highly purified specific tRNA with a well defined peptide chain.

Characterization of the mitochondrial processing peptidase of Neurospora crassa [PDF]
The mitochondrial processing peptidase (MPP) of Neurospora crassa is constituted by an alpha- and a beta-subunit. We have purified alpha-MPP after expression in Escherichia coli while beta-MPP was purified from mitochondria.

Separation of Bovine Serum Albumin Using Chromatographical Column: Parameters and Simulation
A liquid-solid chromatography of Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) on (diethylaminoethyl-cellulose) DEAE-cellulose adsorbent is worked experimentally, to study the effect of changing the influent concentration of (0.125, 0.25, 0.5, and 1 mg/ml) at constant ...

Isolation and characterization of a laminin-binding protein from rat and chick muscle. [PDF]
A major laminin-binding protein (LBP), distinct from previously described LBPs, has been isolated from chick and rat skeletal muscle (Mr 56,000 and 66,000, respectively).

Purification and characterization of a calmodulin-dependent protein kinase that is highly concentrated in brain [PDF]
A calcium and calmodulin-dependent protein kinase has been purified from rat brain. It was monitored during the purification by its ability to phosphorylate the synaptic vesicle-associated protein, synapsin I.

ABSTRACT The growing demand for large quantities of high‐purity lentiviral vectors (LVs) has driven the development of scalable, cost‐effective purification strategies. Membrane chromatography is particularly well‐suited for purifying large biological entities like LVs due to its low mass transfer resistance and minimal back pressure.
