Temperature‐robust exchange bias and spin‐orbit torque switching in van der Waals heterostructure
Exchange bias (EB) in ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic materials enables high‐density spintronic devices. A Fe3GaTe2/NiPS3 heterostructure exhibits EB up to 150 K, with spin orbit torque switching observed in both stacking orders. Interface layer effects induce net magnetism and magnetization flipping via Fe3GaTe2 domains, with strong interlayer ...

Extended Stokes series for Dean flow in weakly curved pipes
This thesis considers steady, fully-developed flows through weakly curved pipes using the extended Stokes series method. The Stokes series for pipes of circular cross-section is expanded in powers of the Dean number, K, to 196 terms by computer. Analysis shows that the convergence is limited by an imaginary conjugate pair of square-root singularities K

ABSTRACT Introduction The school‐to‐work transition presents a crucial period in young adults' identity development, during which the formation of a job identity becomes a key developmental task. However, job identity development during this transition and the individual traits that predict it remain unexplored. This study aimed to examine job identity

Abstract Background Children in foster care are at increased risk of experiencing cognitive, emotional and behavioural difficulties. There is a window of opportunity for early intervention associated with developmental sensitivity in the early years. Foster carers and the systems supporting them play a central role in intervention and support for the ...

Abstract Background People with neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions have been demonstrated to have elevated rates of sensory processing (SP) difficulties in research and practice but the temporal order of this relationship is unclear. Methods This study sought to investigate whether SP difficulties in infancy predicted mental health at 5 ...

Abstract The goal of this work is to investigate how the self‐awareness characteristic of autonomic computing, paired with existing performance optimization rules, may be used in applications to minimise multi‐core processor performance concerns. The suggested self‐awareness technique can assist applications in self‐execution while also assisting other

ABSTRACT Objectives Approximately, 5%–12% of adults in the United States are estimated to have temporomandibular disorders (TMD), making it crucial that dentists are optimally trained to diagnose and treat TMD. The objectives were to assess dental students’ TMD‐related education, knowledge, attitudes, and behavior and explore if personal TMD‐related ...

Mastery Exams: Giving Students a Second Opportunity to Demonstrate Understanding
ABSTRACT Various stressors can affect student exam performance, and a single weak result may not reflect true understanding. To address this, a “Mastery” exam policy was introduced in the 2021–2022 academic year. If a student scores below 80% on a didactic or pre‐clinical laboratory exam worth at least 10% of their final course grade, they can choose ...
