Is composite noise necessary for sudden death of entanglement? [PDF]
The finite time disentanglement or entanglement sudden death, when only one part of the composite system is subjected to a single noise, is examined. While it is shown that entanglement sudden death can occur when a part of the entangled mixed state is ...

Clinical course of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy away from tertiary referral care
Aims Data on the clinical course of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) are mainly derived from tertiary HCM centre studies, and knowledge of clinical outcomes of patients leaving specialty care and returning to local physicians is limited due to gaps ...

The role of sodium channels in sudden unexpected death in pediatrics
Background Sudden Unexpected Death in Pediatrics (SUDP) is a tragic event, likely caused by the complex interaction of multiple factors. The presence of hippocampal abnormalities in many children with SUDP suggests that epilepsy‐related mechanisms may ...

The fundamental need for unifying phenotypes in sudden unexpected pediatric deaths
A definitive, authoritative approach to evaluate the causes of unexpected, and ultimately unexplained, pediatric deaths remains elusive, relegating final conclusions to diagnoses of exclusion in the vast majority of cases.

Controlling entanglement sudden death in cavity QED by classical driving fields [PDF]
We investigate the entanglement dynamics of a quantum system consisting of two-level atoms interacting with vacuum or thermal fields with classical driving fields. We find that the entanglement of the system can be improved by adjusting the classical driving field.

Mitral Valve Prolapse, Ventricular Arrhythmias, and Sudden Death.
Despite a 2% to 3% prevalence of echocardiographically defined mitral valve prolapse (MVP) in the general population, the actual burden, risk stratification, and treatment of the so-called arrhythmic MVP are unknown. The clinical profile is characterized
