This study reveals that chronic alcohol exposure selectively upregulates ACSL1 expression in prefrontal cortical microglia, driving lipid metabolism reprogramming and lipid droplet accumulation, which activates the NLRP3 inflammasome and sustains neuroinflammation. To reverse this process, a dual‐targeted lipid nanoparticle, siACSL1@LNP‐MR, is designed

The Baroque: Beads in a Rosary or Folds in Time [PDF]
When Benedetto Croce associated the baroque with decadence he was developing a current of critical thinking which had construed the term ‘baroque’ pejoratively since the seventeenth century.

Compared to untargeted therapy, the targeted nanocarrier, Angiopep‐2‐conjugated Lipid Nanoparticle (A‐LNP) loaded with TGN‐020 (TGN), selectively accumulated in stroke‐injured regions. It suppressed local aquaporin‐4 (AQP4) overexpression, thereby alleviating cerebral edema and hypoperfusion while preserving global glymphatic clearance.

Beyond Traditional RAFT Polymerization: Emerging Strategies and Future Perspectives; A Third Update
This review explores recent advances in the past five years for non‐traditional RAFT polymerization, focusing on new activation strategies, sustainable depolymerization, and integration with automated and AI‐driven synthesis. Together, these innovations advance polymer chemistry and reveal how the pieces of the non‐traditional RAFT puzzle are steadily ...

Understanding protein sequence–function relationships remains challenging due to poorly defined motifs and limited residue‐level annotations. An annotation‐agnostic framework is introduced that segments protein sequences into “protein words” using attention patterns from protein language models.

High‐throughput screening led to the identification of 67 Z‐scheme heterojunctions (comprising 2D magnetic transition metal halides and non‐magnetic transition metal chalcogenides). For CrI3/MoTe2 and CrI3/WTe2, electronic structure analysis demonstrated that synergistic crystallographic point group and built‐in electric field effects generate a ...

Decadent spaces, Valle-Inclán's Sonata de otoño, European decadence and the «Problema de España» [PDF]
Sonata de otoño, de Ramón María del Valle-Inclán, publicado en 1902, es uno de los grandes logros de la prosa modernista. Muchos críticos la han incluido exclusivamente entre las obras esteticistas de este autor.

This review highlights the use of atomic layer deposition (ALD) for fabricating thermoelectric thin films with atomic‐scale control. Four material classes—chalcogenides, doped oxides, ternary oxides, and multilayered structures—are compared in terms of growth dynamics, structure–property relationships, and thermoelectric performance. The precise tuning
