Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

An integral representation of the local time of the Brownian motion via the Clark–Ocone formula
Let (LB(t,x),t≥0,x∈R) be the local time of (Bt,t≥0), the real-valued one-dimensional Brownian motion. In this paper, in case of g, a strictly increasing and bijective function, we propose some integral representations of Lg(B)(t,x), of the form: R(t,x ...

Decision support for mastitis on farms with an automatic milking system
For an optimal mastitis management on farms with an automatic milking system (AMS), two individual cow decisions are important. First, there is a need for decision support on which mastitis alerts have the highest priority for visual checking for ...

Biophysical approaches for studying viral entry
Viruses infect all living organisms and have been responsible for major epidemics and pandemics. Their ongoing evolutionary battle with host defenses creates a constant need for improved tools to study viral behavior. Advancing methods to probe viral attachment, fusion, and genome release deepen our understanding of how infections begin and support the

On the expectation of the local time of the fractional Brownian motion
In this paper, we prove some new formulas of the expectations of LBH and LBH the local time and the weighted local time of BH the fractional Brownian motion with Hurst parameter H.

The human gut microbiome across the life course
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Using Social Network Analysis to Support Collective Decision-Making Process
Current traditional technologies, while enabling effective knowledge sharing and accumulation, seem to be less supportive of knowledge organization, use and consensus formation, as well as of collaborative decision making process.
