Multilevel Coding for the Full-Duplex Decode-Compress-Forward Relay Channel
The Decode-Compress-Forward (DCF) is a generalization of Decode-Forward (DF) and Compress-Forward (CF). This paper investigates conditions under which DCF offers gains over DF and CF, addresses the problem of coded modulation for DCF, and evaluates the ...

Delay-universal decode-and-forward relaying
We study delay-universal sequential streaming over discrete memoryless three-terminal relay networks, and propose a decode-and-forward relaying scheme. We derive upper bounds on the error performance of the proposed system, which assists in system design and analysis.

Half-Duplex Decode-Partial-Forward
We propose a new transmission scheme, which we call Decode-Partial-Forward (DPF), for orthogonal half-duplex relay channels. We demonstrate that the DPF scheme achieves significantly higher rates than the conventional DF scheme that is based on repetition coding and it performs close to the capacity bounds of DF relaying.

Full-Duplex Relaying With Quantize-Map-and-Forward
The quantize-map-and-forward (QMF) has been recently proved to achieve the capacity of arbitrary networks within a bounded gap and optimal diversity-multiplex tradeoff performance.

Rateless Coding over Wireless Relay Networks Using Amplify/Decode and Forward Relays [PDF]
In this paper two different rateless transmissionschemes are developed. In the proposed scheme, relay node candecode and forward the message to the destination if they areable to decode it, or amplify and forward the message to thedestination.

Packet-reliability-based decode-and-forward distributed space-time shift keying [PDF]
Motivated by the recent concept of Spatial Modulation (SM), we propose a novel Distributed Space-Time Shift Keying (D–STSK) scheme, where the SM concept is extended to include both the space and time dimensions for the sake of achieving a flexible ...

Joint Channel-Network Coding for the Gaussian Two-Way Two-Relay Network
New aspects arise when generalizing two-way relay network with one relay to two-way relay network with multiple relays. To study the essential features of the two-way multiple-relay network, we focus on the case of two relays in our work. The problem of

A New Coding Paradigm for the Primitive Relay Channel
We consider the primitive relay channel, where the source sends a message to the relay and to the destination, and the relay helps the communication by transmitting an additional message to the destination via a separate channel.

Non-linear energy harvesting based power splitting relaying in full-duplex AF and DF relaying networks: system performance analysis [PDF]
Wireless power transfer is considered as a novel solution for energy harvesting in wireless communication networks. In this paper, the system performance of the non-linear energy harvesting based power splitting relaying in the full-duplex relaying ...

Exact and Approximated Outage Probability Analyses for Decode-and-Forward Relaying System Allowing Intra-link Errors [PDF]
In this paper, we theoretically analyze the outage probability of decode-and-forward (DF) relaying system allowing intra-link errors (DF-IE), where the relay always forwards the decoder output to the destination regardless of whether errors are detected ...
