This study explores the therapeutic potential of iNSC‐Exo via local and systemic delivery in TBI mice. It is found that iNSC‐Exo enhances NRXN signaling through Microglia_Nrg3 and Microglia_Rarb, effectively promoting functional and neurological recovery, suggesting a new therapeutic strategy for TBI. Abstract Traumatic brain injury (TBI) poses serious

Is surgery more effective than non-surgical treatment for spinal stenosis and which non-surgical treatment is more effective? a systematic review [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Spinal stenosis can be treated both conservatively and with decompression surgery. OBJECTIVES: To explore the effectiveness of surgery vs conservative treatment, and conservative interventions for spinal stenosis.

A pressure‐driven charge transfer in multiferroic BaFe4O7 induces Fe valence disproportionation and structural distortion, drastically narrowing the bandgap and enhancing ferroelectric polarization. This synergistic optimization boosts photocurrent 2.5‐fold and is retained upon decompression, offering a promising strategy to overcome the ferroelectric ...

Modelling of bubble nucleation in trachy-phonolitic magmas: implications for the dynamics of ash-rich eruptions [PDF]
Nucleation of water gas bubbles in trachyphonolitic magmatic melts has been investigated integrating theory and numerical modelling with decompression experiments and analysis of natural ash samples of explosive eruptions.

This study elucidates macrophage‐induced orbital fibrosis in TED via the GAS6‐AXL pathway, a treatment‐resistant disorder lacking non‐surgical therapies. Using a novel patient cell‐derived orthotopic animal model of orbital fibrosis for TED, we repurpose an existing fibrosis therapy, addressing the absence of stable models and offering a potential ...

The decompression of the outer neutron star crust and r-process nucleosynthesis
The rapid neutron-capture process, or r-process, is known to be fundamental for explaining the origin of approximately half of the A>60 stable nuclei observed in nature. In recent years nuclear astrophysicists have developed more and more sophisticated r-
