“Deconstruction of Ethology” A Reading of Jacques Derrida in the Light of the Ethological Debate

open access: yesAltre Modernità, 2021
Derrida developed his most famous reflections on Animality in the Seminars: The Beast & The Sovereign (2001-2003). My hypothesis is that there we can find Derrida’s explicit interest for the ethological debate and its development. Indeed, I will show how

Spherical deconstruction [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2005
We present evidence that N=1* SUSY Yang-Mills provides a deconstruction of a six-dimensional gauge theory compactified on a two-sphere. The six-dimensional theory is a twisted compactification of N=(1,1) SUSY Yang-Mills theory of the type considered by Maldacena and Nunez (MN).

Tough, Ductile, and Strong Hard‐Soft Cementitious Composite Enabled by Multi‐Material Additive Manufacturing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Drawing inspiration from the layered hard‐soft architecture found in sea sponges, this work establishes a new framework for architected cementitious composites (ACC) through multi‐material additive manufacturing (MMAM) process. The integration of mortar and elastomer phases into layered architectures enables synergistic toughening mechanisms, including

Deconstruction and the Acting Performance for the Shakespearean Character in the Iraqi Theatre

open access: yesالاكاديمي, 2020
Researchers classified deconstruction as a strategy concerned with reading the philosophical, literary, artistic and critical texts according to (construction and deconstruction) binarism, which is an applied procedural space that calls for researching ...

Deconstruction as concept of architectural practice [PDF]

open access: yesArhitektura i Urbanizam, 2013
This paper inquires into the relationship between philosophical concept of deconstruction and its practical application in the interpretation of the concept of architectural creativity. Deconstruction is not only understood as a formal metaphor, but as a

True Closed‐Loop Recyclable Hydrogels Enabled by Imine Boronic Ester Crosslinking

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Subtle molecular differences in imine boronic ester crosslinkers profoundly influence hydrogel properties. 2‐formylphenylboronic acid crosslinkers form previously undisclosed 3‐amino‐benzoxaborole heterocycles, enhancing elasticity despite lower crosslinking density compared to their 4‐formylphenylboronic acid counterparts.

β‐Elemene Rescues Radiation‐Induced Enteritis by Orchestrating a Host‐Microbiome Circuit That Fuels Epigenetic DNA Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study elucidates that β‐elemene promotes cellular uptake of L. gasseri‐derived lactate by enhancing the membrane translocation of MCT1 in a CD147‐dependent manner. Intracellular lactate, through the lactylation of RBBP4 at the K26 site, recruits EP300 to the promoter regions of downstream genes (POLD1/POLD3), catalyzing H3K27ac modification.

A “Sweet” Biorefinery: Sugar-derived ionic liquids for the pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomass

open access: yesJournal of Ionic Liquids
Sugar-based ionic liquids (ILs) derived from biomass-based cations (choline, betaine) and sugar-derived anions were developed as sustainable pretreatment solvents to advance the concept of self-reliant biorefinery.

Atomic Tuning of Metal‐Support Interactions for Pathway‐Selective CO2 Photoreduction on TiO2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Single‐atom Fe and Cu catalysts anchored on TiO2 steer photocatalytic CO2 reduction toward distinct pathways. Fe sites favor rapid *CO desorption and selective CO formation, whereas Cu sites stabilize *CHO intermediates, enabling deep reduction and C─C coupling. Combined spectroscopy and DFT calculations reveal how metal–support interactions and oxygen
