Polar Wurtzite NbAlN: A Transition‐Metal Nitride Alloy for Polarization‐Engineered GaN Heterostructures

Graphene Layers as Functional Biomaterials. From Fabrication and Characterization to Biological Applications

Graphene layers are fabricated on Cu foil and transferred onto glass substrates to form double‐ and multi‐layer G‐glass. Raman spectroscopy confirms structural integrity, while SEM and fluorescence microscopy reveal favorable adhesion and spreading of L‐929 fibroblast cells.

Each optical system introduces aberrations in the reading of photoluminescence, which makes the signal dependant on the lab equipment. Here, a calibrated system is used to obtain the PLQYs and ratiometric parameters of popular upconverters to be used in thermometry.
