The Influence Mechanism of In Situ Stress State on the Stability of Deep-Buried-Curved Tunnel in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Its Adjacent Region

open access: yesShock and Vibration, 2021
In China, rockburst disaster occurs mostly in construction of underground engineering in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its adjacent region. Previous research on deep-buried tunnels has indicated that tunnels stability is related to in situ stress state.

A two-dimensional experimental study of active progressive failure of deeply buried Qanat tunnels in sandy ground

open access: yesSoils and Foundations, 2023
As an ancient underground hydraulic engineering facility, the Qanat system has been used to draw groundwater from arid regions. A qanat is a horizontal tunnel with a slight incline that draws groundwater from a higher location and delivers it to lower ...

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...
