An engineering rock mass quality classification system for deep-buried hard rock tunnels
Rockburst hazards occur sporadically after excavation of deep-buried hard rock tunnel. These failures in the surrounding rock masses are primarily induced by high ground stress, rendering conventional rock mass quality classification systems less ...

The chemical composition and band alignment are systematically investigated at the TiO2/InP heterointerface. Thin TiO2 films are deposited by ALD on atomically ordered, P‐terminated p‐InP(100). By combining UPS, XPS, and ab initio molecular dynamics, the atomistic structure and electronic alignment are revealed.

Study on Seismic Dynamic Response of Deep-Buried Tunnel Based on Tectonic Stress
The southeast region of Tibet in China is prone to earthquakes at high seismic levels. Since the construction of tunnels in this region faces a seismic hazard, it is necessary to explore the seismic responses of related construction areas there.

MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...

Molecular Cross‐Linking of MXenes: Tunable Interfaces and Chemiresistive Sensing
In this study, Ti3C2Tx MXenes are initially functionalized using oleylamine ligands to form stable dispersions in an organic solvent. Subsequently ligand exchange with α,ω‐diaminoalkanes enables cross‐linking, along with precise tuning of interfaces. This structural control translates into tunable charge transport and responsive VOC sensing, showing ...

Evaluation of Rock Vibration Generated in Blasting Excavation of Deep-buried Tunnels
The experimental tunnels of the China Jinping Underground Laboratory are constructed in a maximum overburden depth of 2375 m and subjected to extremely high in situ stress more than 50 MPa. When these deep-buried tunnels are excavated with the method of drill and blast, the surfaces created by blasting are generated almost instantaneously, and thus the

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.
