Live Imaging of Silver Nanostructures Electrochemically Dissolving at Open‐Circuit Potential
Stability of electrocatalysts as used in energy conversion systems is pivotal for sustainable technologies, yet degradation dynamics at the nanoscale remain elusive. Harnessing beam‐effect corrected electrochemical liquid phase electron microscopy combined with correlative bulk‐scale electrochemical testing reveals silver corrosion on platinum under ...

Inhibiting the SUMOylation modification of TRPM4 can prevent the vascular endothelial damage caused by ATO. Inhibition of TRPM4 SUMOylation, either pharmacologically by GA or genetically by the K618R mutation, protects against ATO‐induced vascular endothelial damage.

A wide‐range beamline (130–10000 eV) combining both soft X‐ray and hard X‐ray photons has been constructed at SSRF for in situ X‐ray photoemission spectroscopy investigations of the solid–gas interface, and for hard X‐ray photoemission spectroscopy studies with layer‐by‐layer resolution. The advancement of renewable energy critically depends on the ...

Abstract Why and when do cities vote for the left? The emergence of the urban–rural divide in the United States in the 1930s is inconsistent with canonical theories of cleavages. This paper introduces an explanation: agglomeration effects. The provision of government services is more efficient in urban environments because of nonrivalries, economies of
