The QCD phenomenology of deep-inelastic scattering
The role of higher‐twist effects and corrections of non‐leading order in αs in the QCD phenomenology of deep‐inelastic scattering is discussed. The possibility of higher‐twist effects accounting for the anomalously large ratio of longitudinal to transverse electroproduction cross sections is examined.

Deep-inelastic scattering from the pion and the choice of phenomenological wave functions
Physical Review C, 1995We review the relation between covariant calculations and light-front calculations of pion properties. We describe the results obtained for the pion structure function in both formalisms. Conventional (phenomenological) light-front wave functions yield poor results for the structure function unless these results are evolved to higher energies.
