Synthesis of Amorphous‐Crystalline Mixture Boron Nitride for Balanced Resistive Switching Operation
An amorphous–crystalline mixture BN (acm‐BN) is synthesized through low‐pressure chemical vapor deposition, achieving balanced resistive switching with low SET voltage and stable RESET. High‐resolution transmission electron microscopy reveals that BN films are fully amorphous at 930 °C, a mixed amorphous–crystalline phase is achieved at 990 °C.

This study presents a machine‐learning (ML) framework to predict the specific absorption rate (SAR) of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) for magnetic hyperthermia. A curated dataset comprising 30 intrinsic and extrinsic features revealed strong nonlinear dependencies.

Pixel Lens: A Granular Assessment of Saliency Explanations
We propose a pipeline that detects shortcut‐dominated classifiers by comparing predictions on clean and shortcut‐perturbed images and checking dominance via a Shapley‐based ground‐truth explainer.
