Graphene–Polyimide Flexible Electronic Platform Enabling Ultra‐Broadband High‐Gain THz MIMO Systems

open access: yesAdvances in Materials Science and Engineering, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
The integration of two‐dimensional (2D) materials with flexible substrates is pivotal for advancing next‐generation terahertz (THz) and sixth‐generation (6G) wearable electronics. However, a significant challenge remains in preserving the exceptional electronic properties of 2D materials such as graphene on low‐loss, mechanically robust dielectrics at ...

Design of CPW-Fed Antenna with Defected Substrate for Wideband Applications

open access: yesJournal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2016
A CPW-fed defected substrate microstrip antenna is proposed. The proposed antenna shows wideband applications by choosing suitable defected crown shaped substrate. Defected substrate also reduces the size of an antenna.

Broadband microstrip branch-line coupler with defected ground structure

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 2006
The design and measured performances of a broadband branch-line coupler are presented. The broadband coupler was designed by using a four-section branch line topology with a structure of the defected ground. Such a structure can make the impedance of the microstrip line much larger than that without defected structure, even using a normal PCB process ...

Design of X‐Band Broadband H‐Shaped Slit‐Coupled Microstrip Patch Antenna Array

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This paper presents a broadband slit‐coupled antenna design for X‐band applications. By using double‐layer microstrip patches as the unit, high gain and broadband characteristics have been achieved. In array design, by loading open‐circuit branches, the current distribution on the antenna surface was adjusted, thereby reducing the electromagnetic ...

A Microwave Bandstop Filter Using Defected Microstrip Structure

open access: yes, 2016
In this paper, two bandstop filters resonating at 5.25 GHz and 7.3 GHz using Defected Microstrip Structure (DMS) are discussed. These slots are incorporated in the feed lines of filters to perform a serious LC resonance property in certain frequency and suppress the spurious signals.
