GeSn Quantum Wells for Room‐Temperature Mid‐Infrared Lasing on Si and on Insulator Platforms

This work demonstrates a high‐performance GeSn‐on‐Insulator (GeSnOI) platform achieving laser emission up to room temperature. Optically trapped whispering‑gallery microlasers are precisely positioned onto non‐phagocytic mammalian cells to report local refractive‑index changes in real time. Time‑dependent wavelength shifts reveal successive stages from membrane contact to internalization.

Cross‐Scale Hierarchical Targeted Delivery System Based on Small‐Scale Magnetic Robots

This article reviews a cross‐scale hierarchical targeted delivery system that integrates magnetic continuum robots and magnetic microrobots. By combining rapid long‐range navigation with precise microscale targeting, the system overcomes key limitations of single‐scale approaches.
