Asymptotic behavior for parabolic equations with interior degeneracy
The long time behavior of a class of degenerate parabolic equations in a bounded domain will be considered in the sense that the nonnegative diffusion coefficient a(x)is allowed to vanish in a set of positive measure in the interior of the domain.

Initial-boundary value problem for the time-fractional degenerate diffusion equation
In this paper the initial-boundary value problems for the one-dimensional linear time-fractional diffusion equations with the time-fractional derivative ∂ α t of order α ∈ (0, 1) in the variable t and time-degenerate diffusive coefficients t β with β ≥ 1

Decoupling atomic diffusion degeneracy in L12 intermetallics
In this work, a degenerate diffusion state is identified for common L12 intermetallics in well-defined five-frequency model (FFM) and anti-site bridge model (ASB).

Creeping fronts in degenerate reaction–diffusion systems [PDF]
We study systems of reaction diffusion type for two species in one space dimension and investigate the dynamics in the case where the second species does not diffuse. We consider competing species with two stable equilibria and front solutions that connect the two stable states. A free energy function determines a preferred state.

In this article we introduce rather general notion of the stationary solution of the bistable equation which allows to treat discontinuous density dependent diffusion term with singularities and degenerations, as well as degenerate or non-Lipschitz ...

Regularity Properties of Degenerate Diffusion Equations with Drifts [PDF]
This paper considers a class of nonlinear, degenerate drift- diffusion equations. We study well-posedness and regularity properties of the solutions, with the goal to achieve uniform Hölder regularity in terms of $L^p$-bound on the drift vector field. A formal scaling argument yields that the threshold for such estimates is $p=d$, while our estimates ...

Solid Pseudopapillary Neoplasm of the Pancreas in Children and Adolescents: Expert Recommendations
ABSTRACT Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas (SPN) is a rare low‐grade malignant exocrine pancreatic tumor, mostly discovered during the second decade of life in females, with a very good prognosis, provided microscopically complete surgical excision is achieved.
