Layer‐Dependent Phonon Polaritons in hBN Resolved by Photo‐Induced Force Spectroscopy

Layer‐dependent phonon polariton resonances in hexagonal boron nitride are systematically investigated using photo‐induced force microscopy. The in‐plane resonance exhibits a blueshift, while the out‐of‐plane resonance shows a redshift with increasing thickness. SPADE: A Deep Learning Framework for Spatial Mapping and Quantitative Cell–Cell Interaction Inference

SPADE integrates spatial transcriptomics with single‐cell RNA sequencing by using cell–cell communications (CCC) as a guide for spatial mapping. It improves cell‐type localization, enhances sparse gene‐expression signals, and reveals CCC programs at single‐spot resolution.
