Resistance to Overdoping Allows Over 2000 S cm−1 Conductivity in P(g3BTTT) With Anion‐Exchange Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Anion‐exchange doping of conjugated polymers is an effective way to achieve high conductivities. Here, we report over 2000 S cm−1 electrical conductivity for doped P(g3BTTT). In addition, we show that P(g3BTTT) sustains exceptionally high doping levels without any drop in the charge mobility.

Existence of solutions for a degenerate seawater intrusion problem

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2005
We study a seawater intrusion problem in a confined aquifer. This process can be formulated as a coupled system of partial differential equations which includes an elliptic and a degenerate parabolic equation.

Uniqueness results for convex Hamilton-Jacobi equations under $p>1$ growth conditions on data [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Unbounded stochastic control problems may lead to Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equations whose Hamiltonians are not always defined, especially when the diffusion term is unbounded with respect to the control.

Two‐Dimensional Reconfigurable Photodiode for In‐Sensor Color Filtering and Spectral Logic

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
By harnessing the photodoping of different aggregates, the device exhibits wavelength‐dependent volatile‐to‐nonvolatile photoresponses that can be reconfigured via bias modulation. This enables in‐sensor color filtering and spectral‐encrypted information processing, eliminating reliance on external optical filters or post‐processing algorithms ...

Cauchy-Dirichlet problem for the nonlinear degenerate parabolic equations

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2005
We will investigate the nonexistence of positive solutions for the following nonlinear parabolic partial differential equation: ∂u/∂t=ℒu+V(w)up−1 in Ω×(0,T ...

Versatile Magneto‐Dielectric Response of Epitaxial Thin Films of the High Entropy Oxide Perovskite Nd(Cr0.2Mn0.2Fe0.2Co0.2Ni0.2)O3

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The magnetic high entropy oxide perovskite Nd(Cr0.2Mn0.2Fe0.2Co0.2Ni0.2)O3 exhibits a substantially large dielectric constant (εr) at room temperature, which shows distinct anionic and cationic contributions in the form of zero and finite bias peaks, respectively, down to its magnetic transition temperature (Tmag).

Regularity of random attractors for stochastic semilinear degenerate parabolic equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2012
We consider the stochastic semilinear degenerate parabolic equation $$ du+[- operatorname{div}(sigma(x)abla u) + f(u) + lambda u]dt = gdt+ sum_{j=1}^{m}h_j{domega_j} $$ in a bounded domain $mathcal{O}subset mathbb {R}^N$, with the nonlinearity ...

Asymptotic Behavior of a Class of Degenerate Parabolic Equations

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2012
We investigate the asymptotic behavior of solutions of a class of degenerate parabolic equations in a bounded domain () with a polynomial growth nonlinearity of arbitrary order.
