Persistent secondary phases govern the performance of many thermoelectric materials, particularly of high performance MgAgSb. In this study advanced microstructural characterization for unequivocal phase identification combined with transport modeling and statistical analysis enabled the quantification of each phase's impact, revealing the most ...

Effects of composting manures and other organic wastes on soil processes and pest and disease interactions [PDF]
Introduction Composts and manures are of major importance in providing fertility in organic farming systems, since synthetic fertilisers are prohibited. It is understood that composts have radically different nutrient release characteristics to those of

Smart Nanogels as Enzyme‐Driven Nanomotors for Navigating Viscous Physiological Barriers
Two families of urease‐powered nanomotors (NMs), with and without a p‐(2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (p‐HEMA) shell, have been successfully prepared. Both types exhibit effective motion in highly viscous synovial fluid media at low urea concentrations (25 mM).

Ruminal degradation of dry matter, crude protein and fiber fraction of oilseed byproducts
The objective was to evaluate the rumen degradability of dry matter, crude protein and fiber fraction of some oilseed byproducts. Oilseed byproducts evaluated were: Sunflower Meal, Cotton Cake and Castor Bean Cake. The rumen degradability test was performed following a split plot randomized complete block design with three treatments (plots) and seven ...

This study presents a green processing route for high‐performance reduced graphene oxide (rGO) transparent conductive films (TCFs) using highly crystalline Brodie's GO. In‐plane electrochemical reduction forms rGO on insulating substrates without toxic reductants or heat. Subsequent FeCl₃ intercalation enhances conductivity, overcoming the transparency–
