3D‐Printed Hygroscopic Polymer Networks for High‐Humidity Triboelectric Nanogenerators to Wirelessly Power Implantable Electronic Devices‐ A Conceptual Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work develops 3D‐printable tribopolymer networks that can enhance triboelectric performance under high humidity environments. Polar hydrophilic functional groups and incorporation of zwitterionic monomers promote bound‐water–dominated interfacial polarization thereby increasing electrical outputs.

Monopoly quality degradation and regulation in cable television [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Using an empirical framework based on the Mussa-Rosen model of monopoly quality choice, we calculate the degree of quality degradation in cable television markets and the impact of regulation on those choices.

Carbon Shell‐Encapsulated PtFe Catalysts in High Temperature Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells: Balancing Molecular Sieving and Diffusion for Enhanced Reactant Access

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Scanning electrochemical microscopy reveals reactant diffusion through porous carbon shells to PtFe cores, while the carbon‐encapsulated PtFe enables high‐performance HT‐PEMFC operation by sieving phosphate ions that induce catalyst poisoning. ABSTRACT High‐temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (HT‐PEMFCs) operating at 160°C on phosphoric

3D Anodic Alumina Nanoarchitectures: A Decade of Progress from Foundational Science to Functional Metamaterials

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Ordered three‐dimensional anodic aluminum oxide (3D‐AAO) nanoarchitectures with longitudinal and transverse pores enable architecture‐driven metamaterials. The review maps fabrication advances, including hybrid pulse anodization, and shows how 3D‐AAO templates tailor properties across magnetism, energy, catalysis, and sensing.

Interconnected activisms in a city under socio-spatial fragmentation [PDF]

open access: yeslo Squaderno
São Paulo, the largest South American metropolis, is the material and symbolic expression of a complex intertwining of socio-spatial processes that reveal a set of contradictions linked to the city’s production logic. These include segregating planning,

Room‐Temperature Skyrmionic Synapse in 2D Ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 Operating via Collective Spin Texture Transformation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.
