Constructing bounded degree graphs with prescribed degree and neighbor degree sequences
Let $D = d_1, d_2, \ldots, d_n$ and $F = f_1, f_2,\ldots, f_n$ be two sequences of positive integers. We consider the following decision problems: is there a $i)$ multigraph, $ii)$ loopless multigraph, $iii)$ simple graph, $iv)$ connected simple graph, $v)$ tree, $vi)$ caterpillar $G = (V,E)$ such that for all $k$, $d(v_k) = d_k$ and $\sum_{w\in ...

Branching degrees above low degrees [PDF]
In this paper, we investigate the location of the branching degrees within the recursively enumerable (r.e.) degrees. We show that there is a branching degree below any given nonzero r.e. degree and, using a new branching degree construction and a technique of Robinson, that there is a branching degree above any given low r.e. degree.

ABSTRACT Background Type 1 plasminogen deficiency (PLGD‐1) is an ultra‐rare autosomal recessive disorder caused by variants in the PLG gene and affects approximately 1.6 individuals per million. The condition is characterized by decreased plasminogen levels and impaired function, resulting in fibrin‐rich lesions on mucous membranes throughout the body.
