Live-streaming in delay tolerant networks [PDF]
Streaming of audiovisual media contents such as video or music using mobile devices and wireless networks leads to new challenges because these network connections are typically not very reliable. In this demo, we show streaming of live video using a Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) approach.

Timely Data Delivery in a Realistic Bus Network [PDF]
International audienceWiFi-enabled buses and stops may form the backbone of a metropolitan delay-tolerant network, which exploits nearby communications, temporary storage at stops, and predictable bus mobility to deliver non-real-time information.

Optimal relaying in heterogeneous delay tolerant networks
In Delay Tolerant Networks (DTNs), there exists only intermittent connectivity between communication sources and destinations. In order to provide successful communication services for these challenged networks, a variety of relaying and routing ...

Dynamic RACH Partition for Massive Access of Differentiated M2M Services
In machine-to-machine (M2M) networks, a key challenge is to overcome the overload problem caused by random access requests from massive machine-type communication (MTC) devices.

Optimal beaconing control for epidemic routing in delay tolerant networks
Owing to the uncertainty of transmission opportunities between mobile nodes, the routing in delay-tolerant networks (DTNs) exploits the mechanism of opportunistic forwarding.

Using Triggers for Emulation of Opportunistic Networking [PDF]
Opportunistic networks do not require the availability of an end-to-end path, but may instead take advantage of tem- porary connectivity opportunities.

A Geographic Routing Algorithm for Delay Tolerant Network Based on History Encounter Information [PDF]
In order to make the message transmit in a delay tolerant network more efficiently, the node location, moving direction and other geographic information and the degree of nodes frequently encounter history are combined, this paper proposes a delay tolerant ...

Proliferation of Opportunistic Routing: A Systematic Review
Opportunistic networks (OppNet) a new paradigm emerges after the great advancement of wireless technology and MANETs (Mobile Ad-hoc Networks). Store-Carry-forward phenomena is used to route the messages in OppNets; therefore, it is called delay tolerant ...

Practical Routing in Delay-Tolerant Networks [PDF]
Delay-tolerant networks (DTNs) have the potential to interconnect devices in regions that current networking technology cannot reach. To realize the DTN vision, routes must be found over multiple unreliable, intermittently-connected hops. In this paper we present a practical routing protocol that uses only observed information about the network.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
