A Novel Biobjective Risk‐Based Model for Stochastic Air Traffic Network Flow Optimization Problem
Network‐wide air traffic flow management (ATFM) is an effective way to alleviate demand‐capacity imbalances globally and thereafter reduce airspace congestion and flight delays. The conventional ATFM models assume the capacities of airports or airspace sectors are all predetermined.

On the Degrees-of-Freedom of Two-Unicast Wireless Networks With Delayed CSIT [PDF]
We characterize the degrees-of-freedom (DoF) region of a class of two-unicast wireless networks under the assumption of delayed channel state information at the transmitters. We consider a layered topology with arbitrary connectivity, and we introduce new outer-bounds on the DoF region through the graph-theoretic notion of bottleneck nodes.

Precoding Method Interference Management for Quasi‐EVD Channel
The Cholesky decomposition‐block diagonalization (CD‐BD) interference alignment (IA) for a multiuser multiple input multiple output (MU‐MIMO) relay system is proposed, which designs precoders for the multiple access channel (MAC) by employing the singular value decomposition (SVD) as well as the mean square error (MSE) detector for the broadcast ...

RETRACTED: Resource allocation for integrated satellite‐terrestrial networks based on RSMA
We first establish a downlink transmission framework for the integrated satellite‐terrestrial network based on RSMA, to achieve high data rate transmission of virtual reality applications globally. Then, considering some practical constraints, a joint resource allocation problem of rate and transmission power is formulated.

We present in this work a low‐complexity algorithm to solve the sum rate maximization problem in multiuser MIMO broadcast channels with downlink beamforming. Our approach decouples the user selection problem from the resource allocation problem and its main goal is to create a set of quasiorthogonal users.

Smell loss is associated with cognitive impairment in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients
The olfactory performance of ALS patients is correlated with cognitive impairment, particularly frontotemporal dysfunction. Abstract Background Smell loss significantly impacts the quality of life in patients. However, there is limited research on smell loss in individuals with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and the correlation between smell loss

Although antenna selection is a simple and efficient technique for enhancing the downlink performance of multiuser diversity systems, the large antenna interelement spacing required for achieving spatial diversity is prohibitive for user terminals due to size restrictions.

A Novel Transmission Scheme for the $K$ -User Broadcast Channel With Delayed CSIT [PDF]
The state-dependent $K$-user memoryless Broadcast Channel~(BC) with state feedback is investigated. We propose a novel transmission scheme and derive its corresponding achievable rate region, which, compared to some general schemes that deal with feedback, has the advantage of being relatively simple and thus is easy to evaluate.

Secrecy DoF of Blind MIMOME Wiretap Channel With Delayed CSIT
We study the Gaussian multiple-input multiple-output multiple-eavesdropper wiretap channel where a transmitter wishes to communicate a confidential message to a legitimate receiver in the presence of eavesdroppers. Each node in the network is equipped with an arbitrary number of antennas.

On the secrecy degrees of freedom of multi-antenna wiretap channels with delayed CSIT [PDF]
The secrecy degrees of freedom (SDoF) of the Gaussian multiple-input and single-output (MISO) wiretap channel is studied under the assumption that delayed channel state information (CSI) is available at the transmitter and each receiver knows its own instantaneous channel.
