Inlet stabilisation using flow regulation, a numerical approach using process-based modeling [PDF]
The central coast of Vietnam has more than sixty inlets and river mouths discharging into the East Sea. They are often unstable due to entrance shoaling, channel migration and seasonal inlet closure and breaching. These phenomena cause a number of social

Optimization Of A Coupled Simulation With Delft3D-Flow And Swan For Informed Decision Making
The applications Delft3D-FLOW and SWAN are used to simulate respectively water flow and water waves. These two applications have been coupled with Delft3D-WAVE and the combination of these three executables has been optimized on the Bull cluster “Cartesius”. The runtime could be decreased by a factor 4 with hardly any additional hardware.
