The largest eigenvalue of rank one deformation of large Wigner matrices [PDF]
The purpose of this paper is to establish universality of the fluctuations of the largest eigenvalue of some non necessarily Gaussian complex Deformed Wigner Ensembles. The real model is also considered. Our approach is close to the one used by A. Soshnikov in the investigations of classical real or complex Wigner Ensembles.

Splitting formulas for the rational lift of the Kontsevich integral [PDF]
Kricker defined an invariant of knots in homology 3-spheres which is a rational lift of the Kontsevich integral, and proved with Garoufalidis that this invariant satisfies splitting formulas with respect to a surgery move called null-move. We define a functorial extension of the Kricker invariant and prove splitting formulas for this functorial ...

Decoding Adenine DNA Methylation Effects in Streptococcus Mutans: Insights Into Self-DNA Protection and Autoaggregation. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Streptococcus mutans, a key player in dental caries, faces multiple environmental challenges within the oral cavity, including oxidative stress, nutrient scarcity, and acidic pH. To survive and thrive, S. mutans has evolved intricate mechanisms, including the CSP‐ComDE quorum sensing system, which coordinates responses to environmental cues ...

The target of rapamycin (TOR) complex is a central plant growth regulator. Here, the protein–protein interactions underlying its various functions are mapped by pupylation‐based proximity‐labeling in Arabidopsis, using TOR complex subunits LST8‐1 and RAPTOR1, alongside TOR inhibitor FK506‐binding protein, as baits.
