Analysis and simulation of a cascaded delta delta–sigma modulator [PDF]
This paper discusses a cascaded delta delta-sigma modulator, in which a delta-sigma modulator cancels out the error of a delta modulator. Analysis and simulation show that the modulator outperforms conventional modulators of similar order when the input process is correlated.
