An evaluation of turbulence model for vortex breakdown detection over delta wing [PDF]
An important phenomenon of delta wing is the mechanism of vortex core, which indicates the increase in lifting force until the occurrence of the vortex breakdown. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is very helpful in visualizing and providing analysis

In this paper, we describe new annular examples of complete translating solitons for the mean curvature flow and how they are related to a family of translating graphs, the $\Delta$-wings. In addition, we will prove several related results that answer questions that arise naturally in this investigation.

Promotion and control of turbulent mixing of hot and cold airflows in T-junction
An experimental study was conducted on the promotion and control of turbulent mixing of hot and cold airflows in a rectangular channel with a T-junction, which simulated an HVAC unit for automobile air-conditioning system.

Naked cuticle is essential for Drosophila wing development beyond Wingless signaling
Naked cuticle (Nkd), a Wnt signaling inhibitor, assumes extensive roles in Drosophila wing development. Overexpressing Nkd causes smaller, crumpled wings, while also perturbing multiple signaling pathways and developmental genes. A specific region (R1S) is critical for Nkd's function as a signaling integrator, offering new insights for studying its ...

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Pulsed Blowing Interacting with a Leading-Edge Vortex
Manipulation of vortex instabilities for aerodynamic performance increase is of great interest in numerous aeronautical applications. With increasing angle of attack, the leading-edge vortex of a semi-slender delta wing becomes unsteady and eventually ...

Aerodynamics of Reverse Delta Wing
Delta wings are mostly used in supersonic jets and fighter aircrafts. A delta wing is naturally stable and produces vortex lift, so the flow separation can be made into increasing lift. This augmented lift comes at an expense of high drag. A reverse delta wing is nothing but an inverted delta wing, the forward swept wings were inspired from this design.

Tabular foundation model interrogates the synthetic likelihood of metal−organic frameworks. Abstract Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are celebrated for their chemical and structural versatility, and in‑silico screening has significantly accelerated their discovery; yet most hypothetical MOFs (hMOFs) never reach the bench because their synthetic ...
