An application of graph theory in block planning
A heuristic is an algorithm that more often than not gives nearly the right answer. This study presents three heuristics that are useful in constructing a planar adjacency graph.

Deltahedral Domes over Equiangular Polygons
A polyiamond is a polygon composed of unit equilateral triangles, and a generalized deltahedron is a convex polyhedron whose every face is a convex polyiamond. We study a variant where one face may be an exception.

Graph theoretic facility layout design and evaluation : theoretical and practical considerations : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Ph.D. in Operations Research at Massey University [PDF]
In this thesis we examine the Graph Theoretic Facility Layout Problem (GTFLP). The GTFLP is concerned with designing a building layout, with a specified number of facilities, with data relating to the facilities' areas, and proximity desirability ratings

Three-Dimensional Analogues of Kekule Structures in Borane Chemistry
The topology of overlap of the atomic orbitals participating in the requisite delocalization for an aromatic system can be described by a graph, the eigenvalue spectrum of which can be related to molecular orbital energy parameters as determined by ...
