Shocks and rigidities as determinants of CEE labor markets' performance. A panel SVECM approach [PDF]
In this paper the dynamic responses of labor markets to macroeconomic shocks in eight CEE countries are empirically analyzed in panel SVECM. Identification of shocks, interpreted as real wage, productivity, labor demand and supply shocks, is based on ...

Objective This study aimed to determine if program format (in‐person, virtual, or hybrid) results in differences in 3‐month outcomes of pain, function, quality of life, self‐efficacy, and chair stands in a hip/knee osteoarthritis‐management program. Methods A secondary analysis of the Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark (GLA:D) Canada database was

Diffusion‐Weighted Imaging for the Evaluation of the Sacroiliac Joint in Pediatric Patients
Objective Maturational signal in the sacroiliac joint (SIJ) of skeletally immature youth is often misinterpreted as inflammation. Diagnostic tools that improve specificity are greatly needed. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values from diffusion‐weighted imaging (DWI), when used with standard imaging, may enhance diagnostic accuracy.

Flexible copper: Exploring capacity-based energy demand flexibility in the industry
Different forms of flexibility can help in balancing variable generation. This work focuses on industrial demand-side flexibility applied in copper production, which is expected to grow for the build-out of green technologies. This study assesses the potential of capacity-based energy demand flexibility (over-sizing production processes) in an industry ...
