Dendroclimatology and climate change: Indian perspective
Journal of the Indian Academy of Wood Science, 2011Dendroclimatic research activities over the western Himalaya as well as central and peninsular India have been discussed. Wide network of conifers (Pinus, Abies, Picea, Cedrus) from western Himalaya indicates high dendroclimatic potential to reconstruct summer and winter temperature and rainfall for a millennium period.

اقلیمشناسی درختی (Dendroclimatology) بلندمازو در منطقه سراوان گیلان
2011هدف این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط بین پهنای حلقههای رویشی درختان بلندمازو در جنگلهای سراوان گیلان با تغییرات اقلیم منطقه میباشد. بدین منظور با استفاده از روش مطالعه اقلیمشناسی درختی (Dendroclimatology) و از طریق نمونهبرداری با مته سالسنج به مطالعه روابط بین این دو عامل پرداخته شد. اطلاعات آب و هوایی از ایستگاه هواشناسی رشت بدست آمد.
